Industrial Boilers

Shell and tube manual fired boilers are usually suitable for Agrowaste / and bio mass firing such as wood, brequitte. As they are named the wood logs or bio mass fuel is fed to boiler manually with time interval.

The ash from the furnace is removed manually by door placed at bottom of furnace. The furnace is constructed with cast iron bars called cluster bars. Cluster bars has slit opening so that the forced draft air is fed below the furnace for efficient combustion.

These boilers are very cost effective simple to operate boilers.
